Refund policy
At VentedplateLV, all products are custom-made to order. By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Cancellations (72 Hours)
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase for a full refund. After 72 hours, production may have started and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
2. Custom Products (No Returns)
All custom vented plates are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes any item with personalized names, numbers, logos, colors, or modifications.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A partial or full refund depending on the issue
4. Customer Input Errors
We are not responsible for errors in customization details submitted by the customer (including names, numbers, colors, or logos). Please review your order carefully before submitting.
5. Shipping Disclaimer
Once shipped, VentedplateLV is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, we will assist in filing claims when possible.
6. Processing Time
All products are made-to-order and require production time prior to shipment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks on custom products will be disputed with proof of agreement and fulfillment.
