2. Custom Products & Order Accuracy

All products are custom-made based on customer-provided specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that all submitted details (including names, numbers, colors, and logos) are accurate.

VentedplateLV is not responsible for errors provided by the customer. Orders will be produced exactly as submitted.

3. Intellectual Property & Design Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for any content they submit for customization. By submitting logos, graphics, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

VentedplateLV is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted content.

All original designs created by VentedplateLV remain the property of VentedplateLV and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.

4. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

All products sold by VentedplateLV are intended for off-road use only.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with installation and use
• VentedplateLV is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from use or misuse of our products
• You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and compatibility with your bike

5. No Performance Guarantees

While our products are designed to improve airflow and performance, VentedplateLV does not guarantee specific performance results, including horsepower, throttle response, or measurable gains.

6. Orders, Production, and Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Production times may vary and are estimates only.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, VentedplateLV is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to that policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be contested with proof of agreement, order details, and fulfillment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentedplateLV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
