All VentedplateLV products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed and produced within [10-35 days] before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization complexity.
Shipping Time Estimates
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (U.S.): [1-4 days]

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
Delays & Carrier Issues
VentedplateLV is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Reshipping may require an additional fee
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. VentedplateLV is not responsible for stolen packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
